Aparna Garg, IRAS officer of Civil Services 1987 batch has assumed the charge of Director General, Indian Railways Institute of Financial Management (IRIFM) on 05.04.2024. Prior to taking over charge, Aparna Garg has worked as Principal Financial Advisor, Rail Wheel Factory, Bengaluru, Divisional Railway Manager of Mysore and in various other capacities in Southern Railway, Western Railway and South-Western Railway spanning over a period of 35 years of service.

She is a Chevening Fellow and has done her Advanced Masters in Transport Economics from the University of Leeds, United Kingdom. She also had training in Bocconi School of Management/Milan, INSEAD/Singapore and Indian School Business/Hyderabad.

K Sitharamaraju, IRAS officer of Civil Services 2007 Exam Batch has assumed the charge of Dean cum Sr Professor, Indian Railways Institute of Financial Management (IRIFM) on 07.04.2025. He has done M.Tech from IIT Delhi. He has also completed e- PGP in Management (General Management) from IIM Ahmedabad.

Prior to taking over charge as Dean cum Sr Professor/IRIFM, K Sitharamaraju has worked in various capacities on South Central Railway, North East Frontier Railway. He has also worked as Director Finance on deputation to APSPDCL and as Professor Accounts at IRIFM, Secunderabad.

Abhishek Ranjan, IRPS Officer of Civil Services 2007 Exam Batch has assumed the charge of Sr Professor HR, Indian Railways Institute of Financial Management (IRIFM) on 01.01.2026. He has done Graduation in Science from Lucknow University and JAIIB from Indian Institute of Banking & Finance, Pune. Prior to taking over charge as SPHRM/IRIFM, Abhishek Ranjan has worked in various capacities on North East Frontier Railway, North Central Railway and South Central Railway. He has also worked in various capacities as head of HR department on deputation to Uttar Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation. Prior to joining railways, he has worked in Indian Audit & Accounts Department and National Bank for Agricultural & Rural Development.

Dr Shailendra Pratap Chaudhry, SAG/IRHS, Professor (Health Management)/IRIFM, IRHS Officer of Combined Medical Services Exam (UPSC) 1997 Batch has assumed the charge of Professor (Health Management), Indian Railways Institute of Financial Management (IRIFM) on 19.05.2025. He has done MBBS & MD (Physiology) from Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi. He has also completed PGPPM (Public Policy & Management) from IIM, Bangalore. Prior to taking over charge as Professor (Health Management)/IRIFM, Dr S. P Chaudhry was Professor Health Management, NAIR, Vadodara. He has about 25 years rich experience at various capacities at Health unit, Divisional Hospital, Central Hospital & HQrs level at NWR, NR. He was successful in introducing new IT systems in medical department such as e-tendering through IREPS, Biometric attendance system, i-MMS for medical stores, procurement through GEM, e-office implementation, rectifying bottlenecks in HMIS. During his tenure as PHM/NAIR, joining rate of IRHS increased from 25% to 40%.

Neeraj Anand, an esteemed officer of the Indian Railway Personnel Service (IRPS), brings a dynamic blend of academic excellence and professional expertise to his role.

He holds an M.Sc. in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology from IARI-Pusa New Delhi, an LL.B., and an MBA in Financial Management from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi. He is especially passionate about teaching, mentoring, and designing training Modules tailored to the specific requirements of Officers as per Training need analysis. Over the course of his service, Shri Anand has held pivotal roles including Deputy Chief Personnel Officer (Gazetted Cadre) and Senior Personnel Officer (Headquarters), where he has contributed significantly to policy implementation, talent management, and organizational transformation. R.Srinivasa Rao, AFA/Trg joined Railways as Assistant Station Master in 1991 and was transferred to Accounts department in 1995 in inter Departmental transfer. He is a graduate in Commerce from Osmania University. Before joining IRIFM, worked as a Group-B Officer in Nanded Division and Traffic Accounts Office of South Central railways.

Radha Vaidhe Eshwaran, Assumed charge as AFA/Trg at IRIFM on 01.01.2026. She is a Graduate in Science.
Prior to joining IRIFM , worked in Head Quarters, Stores Accounts office, SCRly . as AFA/M&P.
